Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with enterprise leadership to deploy lean practices.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and track budgeted savings.
• Facilitate audits of CI systems and promote a quality culture.
• Balance quality, safety, and efficiency across operations.
