Howmet Aerospace is seeking a seasoned CI leader to key the company’s continuous improvement initiatives at our Rancho Cucamonga facility. You will support organization-wide planning, implement Kaizen events, and drive improvements to on-time delivery and productivity across production teams.

Ideal candidates have a strong manufacturing background, 5+ years in manufacturing, and experience coaching leaders in process improvements. ITAR compliance and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• This position is ITAR sensitive and requires U.S. person status.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsabilités

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve on-time delivery and productivity.
• Facilitate Kaizen and rapid improvement events with internal/external teams.
• Coach leadership and implement visual controls and productivity measurements.
• Develop surveys and reporting to track progress and opportunities.
• Coordinate with departments to implement improvements.
• Ensure safety and environmental standards are followed.
