Job summary
The Chemours Company is seeking a Lean Transformation Leader for the Titanium Technologies team, based at the Johnsonville Plant in New Johnsonville, TN. You will drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools to enhance safety, quality, and productivity across value streams.
You will mentor teams, lead Kaizen events, and collaborate across functions to sustain daily management and achieve site goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of chemical manufacturing experience with 5+ years implementing Lean methodologies.
- 10+ years of experience in operational leadership.
- Experience leading Tier Daily Management, A3 problem solving, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen events.
Responsibilities
- Lead site continuous improvement and Kaizen events aligned with the Chemours Business System.
- Drive Lean transformation with data analytics and digital tools to identify gaps and implement improvements.
- Provide coaching to site teams and monitor KPI performance to sustain operational excellence.
