The Chemours Company in Johnsonville, TN is seeking a Production Leader to guide multi-shift operations, ensuring safe, reliable production aligned with quality and environmental standards. You will coordinate priorities across Operations, Maintenance, and EHS teams to sustain high performance.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years of manufacturing leadership in chemical settings, strong safety discipline, and proficiency with ERP and lean methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience in a chemical or high-hazard environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures and operational discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-shift teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, reliable operation of process equipment and comply with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
• Serve as primary Operations contact for production priorities and risk management.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production activities to meet plans and customer requirements.
• Provide leadership across multiple shifts; reinforce expectations and drive accountability.
• Monitor safety, environmental, quality, and cost metrics; drive improvements.
• Develop and execute short- and mid-term operational plans with cross-functional teams.
• Support capital projects through equipment readiness and scheduling.
• Lead investigations, MOC, PHA, audits, and corrective actions; drive timely closure.
• Champion Lean and visual management through daily management and problem-solving.
