This role encompasses leading EHS governance, developing strategies for continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with standards. The successful candidate will provide coaching and leadership support across Titanium Technologies Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, over 10 years of experience in high hazard industrial manufacturing, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in High Hazard Industrial Manufacturing.
• Ability to manage and lead change effectively.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead business EHS & Operations Sustainability governance.
• Identify and execute process simplification opportunities.
• Drive implementation of best practices across sites.
• Participate as a full member of leadership teams.
