Job summary

Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a senior leader to develop, manage and implement the organization's improvement strategy. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement through Lean education, training and coaching, and ensure effective operation of the Lean department.

The role leads strategic Lean initiatives, designs measurement systems for ROI and value, mentors teams, presents to senior leadership, and fosters interdepartmental collaboration to enhance patient

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in operational excellence/performance improvement.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates development, management, and implementation of the organization's improvement strategy.
• Designs and monitors internal metrics/controls to identify improvement opportunities and measure success.
• Leads Lean program activities, mentorship, and strategic planning for transformation initiatives.
• Delivers presentations to senior leadership on analysis results and status of initiatives.
• Develops measurement systems to track ROI, value-add, and outcomes; promotes cross-department collaboration.
