Job summary

Detego Health seeks a Senior Lean Operations Specialist to partner with senior leadership, drive enterprise-wide continuous improvement, and apply Lean Six Sigma to boost efficiency, quality, and cost performance. You will mentor teams, develop analytics, and guide change management for sustainable outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading large cross-functional projects, creating KPI dashboards, and ensuring governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred; Master Black Belt preferred.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience leading Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, or process improvement initiatives.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
Experience in healthcare, health insurance, TPA, claims operations, customer service, or regulated environments preferred.
Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change.
Experience creating performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Lead complex improvement projects, mentor team members and process owners.
Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive-level reporting to monitor outcomes.
Design and execute change management strategies to support adoption of improvements.
Establish governance, monitor sustainability, and drive accountability across functions.
