Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Lean Transformation Leader to drive operational performance across Patient Services, Laboratories, and Logistics. The role requires guiding end-to-end improvements and coaching teams in Lean Six Sigma principles.

The position is hybrid, with eligibility to work from Tucker, GA or nearby offices; includes leading Kaizen events, standard work, and daily management practices to deliver sustained gains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years cross-functional roles applying Lean methodologies.
• Experience applying Lean in both production and transactional offices.
• Lean Six Sigma leadership with multiple Kaizen events and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Lean initiatives end-to-end across value streams.
• Apply Lean toolkit (Std Work, DMS, Kaizen, VSM) with data analysis.
• Engage senior leadership to obtain support and participation.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture and employee ownership.
• Provide Lean training to stakeholder teams and cohorts.
• Apply change management to sustain standard work and improvements.
