UCLA Health seeks a strategic leader to drive quality and performance improvement across our system. In this high‑visibility role, you will apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, lead cross‑functional teams, and guide MOVERS/ValU initiatives to enhance patient experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in business, nursing, or healthcare administration preferred.
• One to two years of hospital management or hospital consulting experience.
• Proven track record in operations, process improvement, and project management.
• Understanding of Lean/Six Sigma methodology.
• Knowledge of health care delivery elements.
• Expertise in data analysis.
• Ability to influence change and drive innovation.
