Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or operations field with 7+ years in manufacturing/CI.
• Proven Lean transformation leadership and Kaizen facilitation.
• Travel ability across multiple sites.
• Strong data analysis and KPI-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance with site leadership to identify CI opportunities.
• Lead Lean initiatives covering safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Collaborate with Automation Engineer to apply process improvements and automation.
• Develop and execute site-specific improvement roadmaps.
• Standardize best practices and operating processes across facilities.
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Coach plant leadership on Lean and problem-solving methods.
• Implement 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Kaizen.
• Prepare progress updates for senior leadership.
