Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) is seeking a Senior Lean Leader to drive continuous improvement across its manufacturing network. You will deploy Lean and SSPS programs, coach managers, and guide standard work development across plants, aligning on cost savings and performance metrics.

The role emphasizes Kaizen facilitation, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to raise SQDCP metrics while promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading Lean transformations across multiple plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainment of Lean and SSPS programs across all plants.
• Coach CI Managers, plant leadership, and ops teams in Lean methodologies.
• Develop and update Standard Work; drive Kaizen events and cost-saving initiatives.
