Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader for Addison, IL. This permanent role partners with site leaders to deploy Lean Manufacturing, CI, and performance management across multiple facilities, driving measurable improvements while coaching teams in Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 7+ years manufacturing/Lean experience.
• 7+ years in manufacturing/operations with Lean or CI initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Willingness to travel across multiple US sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives across facilities focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and problem-solving workshops.
• Partner with site leadership to develop and execute improvement roadmaps.
• Coach plant leadership on Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
• Implement standard work, 5S, visual management, and other Lean systems.
• Present progress and KPIs to senior leadership and ensure sustainability of gains.
