The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or engineering. The position offers relocation benefits and a competitive salary range of $127,600 – $157,600 USD.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Working toward LSS Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with Lean, Continuous Improvement, and other operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational transformation across NA Manufacturing sites.
• Lead and execute multiple Rapid Improvement projects.
• Build capability within plant and Value Stream teams.
