Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Leader – Personal Care to drive operational excellence in high-speed environments and to prepare for the next career steps such as Plant Manager. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving improvements while supporting cross-functional teams.

You will oversee cost transformation programs, manage key initiatives, and report on performance to the Senior Manufacturing Director.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required; MBA or MS preferred.
• 10+ years experience in multiple functions and/or areas of supply chain or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, with proven results and inclusive leadership.
• Excellent communication to influence senior leaders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic initiatives with the Senior Manufacturing and Transformation Director.
• Manage special projects and ensure effective cross-functional communication.
• Lead the Cost Transformation Program and develop a 3-year savings pipeline.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Sr. Mfg. Director and leadership.
• Support the Mfg. strategy deployment and 5-year SBP processes.
