Kimberly-Clark Corporation in the United States is seeking a Rapid Improvement Leader to drive operational transformation across NA Manufacturing sites. You will execute rapid improvement projects using Six Sigma and LEAN tools, lead a cross-functional onsite team, and ensure sustainability of improved results with 75% travel to manufacturing sites. This role reports to the NA Manufacturing Senior Transformation Leader.
Qualifications
Extensive experience leading rapid improvement projects in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Lean tooling.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain.
Proven capability to manage stakeholders up to VP level across functions.
LSS Black Belt certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead execution of multiple Rapid Improvement projects with >$2MM annual impact.
Apply Lean Six Sigma methods with rigor to deliver results in 3–5 months.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals and schedules.
Document progress, plans, resources, and status using project tools.
Drive stakeholder communications across the organization, including executive levels.
Build capability in plant and value-stream teams for sustainability of improvements.
Monitor KPIs related to mill operations and develop visual management tools.
Collaborate with digital capabilities to enable efficiency improvements.
Share best practices across facilities and functions.
