Job summary

Echo Lake Foods is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to lead lean initiatives across manufacturing sites in the Midwest. You will drive CI roadmaps, orchestrate kaizen events, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed daily management and problem-solving practices.

The role focuses on standardizing processes, building lean capabilities, and sustaining gains through a certified lean program. Strong coaching, KPIs, and a bias for action are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying lean methods in manufacturing/operations.
• Ability to lead kaizen events and cross-functional training.
• Proven track record delivering process improvements that reduce cost and raise productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop CI roadmaps to drive sustainable improvement across sites.
• Lead kaizen events, workshops and projects aligned with KPIs and strategic plan.
• Collaborate with functions to identify gaps and drive rapid improvements using lean tools.
• Define world-class processes and capability gaps; plan closure actions.
• Mentor teams in problem-solving and lean practices; build a culture of continuous improvement.
