Qualifications

• Experience implementing Lean in Operations / SG&A functions.
• Proven leadership in Centers of Excellence and lean transformation.
• English fluency and strong communication.
• Willingness to travel 20-40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lean operating strategy for enabling functions (Finance, HR, DT, Legal).
• Deploy Kaizen Promotion Office standards and Lean Operating Method across value streams.
• Assess baselines, coach leaders, and drive maturity of Lean elements.
• Strengthen monthly rhythms, KPI reviews, and structured problem solving.
• Define kaizen standards for scoping, planning, execution, reporting, sustainment.
• Deliver productivity through value stream roadmaps and cross-functional alignment.
• Champion automation and AI to improve execution and efficiency.
