Encore Fire Protection seeks a seasoned Lean Practitioner to champion a company-wide continuous-improvement culture. You will train and coach leaders from executives to frontline supervisors, guiding them to think differently about how work gets done and how goals are set, using data and facilitation over authority.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience driving lean or continuous improvement in an operational environment.
• Experience training and facilitating Hoshin Kanri at enterprise or multi-site level.
• Proven track record leading Kaizen events with measurable business results.
• Strong executive presence and facilitation skills to coach and influence senior leaders.
• Mastery of core lean tools: process mapping, root cause analysis, standard work, visual management, value-stream mapping, and A3 problem solving.
• Experience building internal training curriculum and lean capability in others.
• Experience applying lean principles in field service, distribution, construction, building services, or similar decentralized environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a catalyst for lean culture change by coaching executive, location, and frontline leaders.
• Design and deliver training in lean fundamentals, Hoshin Kanri, and structured problem-solving.
• Develop internal lean facilitators to spread capability beyond one role.
• Design, train, and run Hoshin Kanri processes translating strategic priorities into cascading goals.
• Establish monthly and quarterly review cadences for visibility and accountability.
• Plan and lead Kaizen events and rapid-improvement sprints targeting top opportunities.
• Drive measurable, sustained results with disciplined follow-through after events.
• Map current-state processes and trace end-to-end boundaries and root causes.
• Document findings with process maps, value-stream maps, standard work, and visual tools.
• Partner with leaders and Transformation/PMO on cross-functional initiatives.
