Ventek Solutions in Findlay, OH is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive Lean initiatives across manufacturing and support functions. You will lead Kaizen events, map value streams, and deploy standardized work, visual management, and KPI reporting to boost safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ERP/MRP and Six Sigma experience, and can coach teams through change while sustaining gains.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, operations, CI, or process improvement.
• Experience deploying Lean Manufacturing in production.
• Experience leading Kaizen events or transformation initiatives.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, VSM, standardized work, visual management, SMED, TPM, RCA, PDCA, Six Sigma.
• Experience with ERP/MRP, workflow mapping, KPI development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, and business process improvement across manufacturing and support functions.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, VSM, root cause analysis, and cross-functional problem-solving to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost.
• Drive waste reduction and process optimization to enhance workflow, reduce downtime, scrap, rework, and non-value-added activities.
• Develop, implement, and sustain standardized work, visual management, process controls, audits, and best practices.
• Analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and develop reporting tools to identify trends and gaps.
• Partner with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and leadership to improve flow and performance.
• Support ERP/MRP process improvements, data accuracy, and opportunities for automation.
• Coach and train employees on Lean and process improvement.
• Lead change management to sustain improvements.
• Conduct audits, validate sustainability, and support compliance with requirements.
• Support strategic goals, new product launches, capacity improvements, and track project savings.
