Job summary

CentroMotion is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in West Bend, WI to lead Lean initiatives and drive cost and process improvements across manufacturing and supply chain. You will develop, implement, and measure Lean processes, coach teams, and establish world-class metrics under the plant manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering disciplines, with experience in manufacturing operations and quality systems (preferred).
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing leadership role with a proven track record.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Organizational, analytical and technical skills; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Demonstrated leadership, with influence rather than direct authority.
• Experience with lean tools: 5S, VSM, Process Mapping, Kanban, TPM, SMED, etc.
• Must believe in metrics measuring operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to productive cost improvements.
• Lead integration and sustainment of the CentroMotion Operating System.
• Drive lean projects using sound project management; share best practices site-wide.
• Develop lean training materials; facilitate and coordinate training activities.
• Drive use of lean tools via events, simulations, activities, and projects.
• Facilitate business process improvements as directed by leadership.
• Establish and coordinate world-class measurements for manufacturing and supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify CI needs and impact.
