Job summary

Weasler Engineering Inc is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean initiatives at the West Bend, WI site. You will develop, improve, and implement Lean processes, measure outcomes, and foster a continuous improvement culture reporting to the plant manager.

You will train teams in Six Sigma, MBF, TPM, Kanban, VSM, and related techniques, developing simulations and documentation to reinforce concepts while driving profitability and operations enhancement.

Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Six Sigma experience.
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing leadership role with a proven track record.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Project management skills.
• Organizational, Analytical and Technical skills.
• Must be proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to productive cost improvements.
• Lead integration of the CentroMotion Operating System and sustainment.
• Drive lean projects using solid project management; share best practices.
• Assist with development of lean training materials and conduct training.
• Facilitate lean tools via events, simulations, and projects at the site.
• Drive business process improvements identified by plant leadership.
• Establish and coordinate world-class measurements for manufacturing and supply chain performance.
• Work with leaders to identify CI needs and support accordingly.
• Evaluate CI impact and adjust support to ensure results.
• Share best practices across Centro Motion.
