Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for its West Bend, Wisconsin plant. You will lead Lean initiatives, develop measurements, and train teams in Six Sigma, Kanban, VSM, and related tools to improve profitability and operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing leadership, strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive value through data-driven improvements. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field with manufacturing ops & quality systems.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing leadership role with proven results.
• Strong collaboration, project management, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cost-improvement activities and lead lean projects.
• Drive CentroMotion Operating System integration and sustainment.
• Develop lean training materials and coordinate training events.
• Facilitate and drive value stream mapping, process mapping, policy deployment, Kanban, TPM and related lean tools.
• Measure manufacturing and supply chain performance and share best practices across sites.
• Collaborate across functions to align with corporate vision and business goals.
