CentroMotion | Weasler Engineering in West Bend, WI seeks an Operations Manager to lead all manufacturing activities with a focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost. The role champions continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across the facility.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of plant operations leadership in world-class manufacturing, and is proficient with business systems and MS Office. A BS degree is required, with strong collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Finance, Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7-10 years of proven plant operations leadership in manufacturing.
• Proficient in using business systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Apply Lean/WCM tools (5S, TPM, SMED) to improve output and reduce waste.
• Partner with union leadership and maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Develop and execute Lean strategy with staff and Lean Coordinators.
• Maintain ISO 9000 processes and drive root-cause problem solving.
