The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of plant operations leadership, with strong data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in world-class manufacturing. Join a team focused on continuous improvement and people development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of plant operations management experience.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality processes.
• Strong MS Office / data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead manufacturing operations with year-over-year safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements.
• Utilize data-driven processes to meet manufacturing requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Drive lean initiatives and 5S/TPM/SMED to improve process discipline.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain and finance to achieve objectives.
• Lead staff development, succession planning and union relations as needed.
