Job summary

DifGen Pharmaceuticals LLC seeks a senior Lean and operations expert to drive continuous improvement. Lead Lean projects using DMAIC, Value Stream mapping and Kaizen to deliver tangible results and improve customer satisfaction.

You will mentor project leaders, collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management, and advance GMP-compliant processes through training and standardisation. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading multiple Lean projects.
• Expert knowledge of DMAIC, Value Stream assessment, and Kaizen.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a definite asset.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with GMP.
• 10+ years of progressive business experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive change by leading Lean projects to deliver improved business results and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor, coach and support Lean Project Leaders.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to enable Lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence leaders to communicate and drive Lean culture transition.
• Manage development and delivery of Lean methodology training.
• Stay current with Lean advancements and propuesta implementations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety requirements.
