Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories in California seeks a senior transformation leader to drive end-to-end CDG process redesign across product development, manufacturing, and commercial teams. You will design Kaizen events, value streams, and standard work to enable sustained improvement and organize governance with executives.

You will own Prosci ADKAR change management for major transformations, coach leaders as change champions, and partner with IT/Digital to select and adopt new systems while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 8-12 years of progressive industry experience, including 5+ years leading business transformation across multiple disciplines.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Kaizen events and applying Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change management methodology; certification preferred.
• Track record of building and presenting business cases and ROI analyses to senior leadership; strong analytical and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end assessment and redesign of core CDG processes, operating models and governance; diagnose root causes of inefficiency and stalled initiatives.
• Establish and lead CDG's LEAN Business Transformation function across product development, manufacturing, and commercial orgs; design Kaizen events and standard work.
• Own the enterprise change management methodology (Prosci ADKAR) for major transformations and technology initiatives; coach sponsors and leaders.
• Partner with IT/Digital and other teams to evaluate and drive adoption of new systems, building data-driven business cases and ROI models.
• Translate five-year strategy into a transformation roadmap with KPIs and report to executive governance forums.
