Job summary

Vantedge Medical Company, based in San Jose, CA, seeks a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive lean transformation at our onsite facility. You will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate kaizen events, and champion disciplined problem-solving to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Using value stream mapping, standardized work, visual management and KPI tracking, you will sustain improvements and engage associates and leadership in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Lean, Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with lean/CI leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean transformation initiatives across the facility.
• Facilitate kaizen events and develop chartered improvements.
• Drive data-driven decision making using KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to remove bottlenecks.
• Mentor colleagues on lean thinking and problem solving.
