Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years total experience, with 5+ years leading business transformation across multiple disciplines.
• Hands-on Kaizen facilitation and Prosci ADKAR or equivalent; certifications preferred.
• Track record of building and presenting business cases and ROI analyses to senior leadership; organizational readiness assessments.
• Collaborative leader with experience in regulated environments; travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end assessment and redesign of core CDG processes, operating models, governance, and decision rights; diagnose root causes of inefficiency and stalled initiatives.
• Establish and lead CDG's LEAN Business Transformation function across product development, manufacturing, and commercial organizations; design Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and standard work; build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Own the enterprise change management methodology (Prosci ADKAR) for major CDG transformation and technology initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, communication, training, and sponsor roadmaps; coach sponsors and people leaders as change champions and measure adoption.
• Partner with IT/Digital, Quality, and functional teams to evaluate, select, and drive adoption of new systems, tools, and automation/AI-enabled solutions, building data-driven business cases, ROI models, and proofs of concept, and ensuring solutions are embedded in daily operations.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs from initiation through benefits realization in partnership with the PMO's Integrated Portfolio Management team; translate CDG's five-year strategy into a transformation roadmap with clear KPIs, report to executive governance forums, and manage a team of two plus external consultants and vendors.
