Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years leading Lean projects with DMAIC and Kaizen.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a definite asset.
• Strong presentation skills for senior leadership forums.
• Experience with GMP, ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean projects to deliver improved business results and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor Project Leaders in Lean methodologies and project management.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to identify and execute Lean initiatives.
• Partner with Operational Excellence leaders to drive Lean culture.
• Oversee Green Belt and Black Belt certification development and delivery.
• Stay current with Lean methodology advancements and apply where appropriate.
• Collaborate as a team member to achieve outcomes and ensure compliance.
• Perform work in line with regulatory, safety and code of conduct requirements.
