Job summary

nVent seeks a Process Transformation Leader for Engineered Building Solutions (EBS) to drive value-stream improvements and standardized processes. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality, measurable outcomes across geographies.

You will partner with IT and leaders, influence senior stakeholders, and shape organizational readiness while traveling ~10% to Houston, TX or Madison, WI locations.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or corporate transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience building or transforming operational structures in growth environments.
• Outstanding communication skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to tie metrics to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Improve and analyze end-to-end value streams to reduce friction and cycle times.
• Standardize and scale business processes across core EBS functions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies for quality and measurable controls.
• Partner with IT and systems architects to align technology with processes and data flows.
• Act as liaison between leadership and functions to ensure readiness and prioritization.
• Assess impact of strategy shifts and provide data-driven recommendations.
