Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the team, directs and monitors their work.
• Prepare and maintain reports for the team; sets standards and holds associates accountable for their performance.
• Assigns daily work - schedules and approves vacations/time off.
• Drive Lean audits and continuous improvement within the department.
• Maintain accurate, complete and timely records of business transactions.
• Communicate with customers in a clear, concise, timely and professional manner.
