Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Lean Manager to drive transformation and sustain Lean practices across sites. You will coach teams, lead kaizen events, and develop plans to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

You will utilize Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, and TPM, partnering with the Corporate Lean Enterprise Team to sustain best practices across TTC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years Lean Manufacturing and PM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and systems (VSM, 5S, Standard Work, TPM).
• Demonstrated ability to transform processes and lead teams.
• Project management skills and leadership in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation teams implementing the TTC Lean Enterprise system.
• Collaborate with Operations to develop plans improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
• Coach and mentor Lean principles and training across the site.
• Facilitate kaizen events and track gains to sustain improvements.
• Interface with site leadership and corporate Lean teams to share best practices.
