Job summary

The Toro Company in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Lean Manager to drive the TTC Lean Enterprise transformation. You will lead teams, implement Lean tools, and coach colleagues to elevate performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will partner with operations to develop plans, run kaizen events, and share best practices across TTC sites while maintaining a strong focus on people development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Lean manufacturing and project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation teams implementing the TTC Lean Enterprise system.
• Collaborate with operations to develop annual continuous improvement plans.
• Facilitate kaizen events and sustain gains.
• Coach and mentor site teams to become Lean practitioners.
• Report progress to site leadership and cross-site teams.
• Utilize SAP and QlikView for operations efficiency.
