Job summary

TCLAD is seeking a Lean Engineer to lead Lean Enterprise at the site level, driving improvements in operations, KPI metrics, and culture. You will quantify opportunities and champion initiatives to completion, in full compliance with SOPs.

You will guide cross‑functional teams, conduct continuous improvement workshops, train staff in Lean tools, and support deployment of Lean practices across manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5 years lean manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement workshops.
• Knowledge of 6S, VSM, A3, and TPS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Enterprise initiatives at site level to improve operations.
• Identify and quantify operational improvements and ensure completion.
• Ensure compliance with departmental SOPs.
• Address safety and environmental standards in daily work.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and cross-functional projects.
• Train site employees in lean tools and methods.
• Partner with site leadership to validate savings opportunities.
• Drive standardization of processes and lean culture.
