Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN seeks a Senior Director of Supply Chain Transformation to lead enterprise-wide programs across sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier collaboration. You will shape the roadmap, govern initiatives, and drive performance through cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in supply chain or transformation, strong executive communication, and a PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, or business transformation.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
• A minimum of three years of demonstrated people leadership experience, including direct responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Experience implementing SAP Business Network, SAP Ariba, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and project governance.
• Demonstrated leadership, executive communication, and organizational change management skills.
• PMP certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Prosci certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Supply Chain Transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives across sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier collaboration.
• Establish governance, prioritization, and performance metrics to ensure successful program delivery.
• Direct complex cross-functional transformation programs from planning through implementation and sustainment.
• Manage project scope, budgets, risks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Provide executive-level communication, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Lead, coach, and develop project managers and transformation professionals.
• Build organizational capabilities in project management, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Champion organizational change to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Ensure effective communication, training, and operational readiness across internal teams and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and maximize business value from technology investments.
