Job summary

insightsoftware seeks a Transformation Project Manager with lean expertise to drive waste elimination and operational excellence. You will report to the Chief Transformation Officer and lead value-stream mapping, Kaizen events, and cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.

The role combines hands-on lean practice with project management, measuring impact on revenue per employee and cycle time, and embedding continuous improvement into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years applying lean methodologies in transformation roles.
• Proven ability to conduct value-stream mapping and drive waste elimination.
• 3-7 years of project management in software companies.
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
• Experience training lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply lean methodologies to identify and eliminate waste across functions.
• Conduct value-stream mapping to visualize current and future states.
• Support Kaizen events and rapid improvement activities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops.
• Measure impact in revenue per employee, cycle time, and quality.
• Partner with leaders to embed continuous improvement into daily work.
