Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Director, Business Transformation – Lean to drive Lean transformations across the enterprise. This includes creating Lean strategies and deploying systems to enhance operational performance.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of leadership in Lean methodologies, focusing on increasing efficiency and establishing a continuous improvement culture. The successful candidate must be located in Secaucus, NJ or another hub.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of operational leadership deploying Lean methodologies.
• Experience designing and installing a Lean Business System.
• Deep knowledge of Lean methodologies and applying them in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a Lean Business System.
• Engage with leadership to identify process improvements.
• Coordinate on strategic projects and Kaizen events.
• Drive cultural transformation in continuous improvement.
• Manage a team of Lean/CI professionals.
