Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation (Transaction) for a hybrid role near Secaucus, NJ. The position focuses on Lean transformation, process improvements, and driving organizational change across transactional offices.

The role requires 7+ years applying Lean methodologies, experience with Lean Business System implementations, and strong leadership across Kaizen events. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields and Lean Six-Sigma Blackbelt are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cross-functional roles applying Lean methodologies.
• Experience implementing a Lean Business System in a mature CI organization.
• Successfully managed project budgets.
• Proven Lean leadership with multiple Kaizen events.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leadership to adopt Lean Business System standards.
• Identify and lead process improvements with action roadmaps to improve KPI performance.
• Lead multiple complex process improvement projects through all stages (charter to sustainment).
• Support IT system and AI improvements to simplify end-user workflows.
• Drive cultural transformation through problem solving and employee ownership.
