Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation (Transaction) to lead Lean transformation across the organization, deploying Lean Business System standards and driving improvements in the order-to-cash value stream.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams nationwide, coach Kaizen events, oversee process roadmaps, support IT and AI enhancements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through problem solving and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years cross-functional leadership applying Lean methodologies.
• Experience implementing a Lean Business System in a mature CI organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Business System adoption across the organization to improve KPI performance.
• Identify and lead process improvements with roadmaps to productivity and margin expansion.
• Manage multiple Kaizen events and sustainment across transactional office value streams.
