Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Senior Director, Business Transformation – Lean to lead the Lean transformation across the enterprise. This position will be crucial in developing and deploying a Lean Business System aimed at improving operational performance.

The ideal candidate will engage with leadership to create and execute strategies across various regions, leveraging Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and instill a continuous improvement culture. This hybrid role is based at one of Quest's major locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of operational leadership experience in deploying Lean methodologies.
• Proven track record of designing and installing a Lean Business System.
• Experience in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and leading Kaizen events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a Lean Business System with defined standards.
• Engage with leadership to adopt Lean standards and improve processes.
• Coordinate strategic projects through all stages from planning to execution.
