Job summary

Trane Technologies is a world leader in climate solutions and is seeking a Lean Transformation Coach for the ISC Value Stream. This on-site role will coach leaders, develop standard work, and apply value stream mapping to reduce cycle times while improving safety, quality, and customer value.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Lean deployment, strong Excel/Visio skills, and can travel 15-20%. Base salary ranges from $97,406 to $135,835 annually with comprehensive benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years deploying Lean in a world-class environment.
• Experience deploying Lean/CI in transactional environments preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead Lean transformation efforts across the Value Stream.
• Facilitate Gemba walks and lead improvement projects.
• Develop and sustain standard work and visual controls; drive cycle-time reduction.
