Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent education/training/experience considered).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Lean environment with proven ability to coach leaders, develop teams, and build capability.
• Demonstrated success facilitating Kaizen events and driving measurable operational and cultural improvements.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization.
• Deep knowledge of gemba-based continuous improvement and people-centered Lean practices.
• Familiarity with the Shingo Model preferred.
