Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years applying lean principles and statistical methods.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Data-driven with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
