Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a Change Agent to join our Van Wert site to lead lean manufacturing initiatives and coordinate process improvements. You will work with plant leadership and Value Stream Managers to roll out lean programs, monitor KPIs, and drive productivity gains across the site.

You will contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency improvements while developing your lean expertise and supporting corporate guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in operations management or engineering discipline.
• 3 years' experience establishing global processes and specs across multiple manufacturing sites.
• 2 years' experience in project management including business case development for lean improvements.
• 2 years' experience with plant leadership including capital and operational projects (domestic and international).
• 2 years' experience with SAP and handling large data sets.
• 2 years' experience with lean DBS tools or equivalent lean program.
• 2 years' experience with lean transformation improving safety, quality and productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the local lean manufacturing initiative.
• Develop the local site lean strategy and provide lean leadership.
• Ensure cooperation with corporate lean initiatives and standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Roll out lean activities and programs across the site.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Managers on Tactical Implementation Plans.
• Promote daily use of lean concepts and tools.
• Continue building lean skill set and problem‑solving capabilities.
