Job summary

Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Lean Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive operational excellence on the production floor. The role partners with area leaders to identify waste, analyze processes, and sustain improvements using Lean methods and the Bosch Production System (BPS).

You will develop WPIs, monitor performance metrics, and coach teams on standard work, 5S, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associate degree in Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and Lean Manufacturing experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain 5S and Layered Process Confirmation (LPC) programs, including audits, corrective actions, follow-up, and performance reporting.
• Identify, coordinate, and document continuous improvement projects using A3 problem-solving and other Bosch Production System (BPS) tools to reduce waste, cost, defects, and process inefficiencies.
• Train and coach employees and operational teams on BPS principles, Lean tools, standard work, and continuous improvement practices.
• Review SmartLocker Vision reports and communicate RF device status, exceptions, and required follow up actions to operational leaders.
