Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is a leading North American wire and cable producer driving continuous improvement in our DC operations. This role partners with the Value Stream Manager to analyze processes and lead cross-functional teams to eliminate waste.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, Green Belt certification, 2–4 years experience, and a track record in lean tools like gap analysis and value stream mapping. On-site in Fort Worth, Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in continuous improvement or lean environments.
• Experience with gap analysis, fishbone diagrams, and value stream maps.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects at the distribution center level.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to eliminate waste and improve costs.
• Provide direction to sustain lean culture and standardize processes.
• Define scope and objectives for OPS training initiatives and projects.
• Apply lean tools to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Manage projects with strong communication to management and teams.
