Job summary

Wire Experts Group Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a Quality Manager to lead continuous improvement across wire and cable manufacturing. You will drive Lean Six Sigma projects, manage quality systems, and partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to reduce waste and improve process capability.

The role requires Green Belt at least, Black Belt preferred, with strong data-driven problem solving. You will supervise QC Inspectors and the Quality Systems Specialist, maintain KPI

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, Kaizen, 5S/6S, and visual management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
• Experience in wire and cable manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, UL, ASTM audits and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement roadmap across manufacturing and support functions.
• Facilitate Lean Six Sigma, 8D, A3, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Supervise QC Inspectors and Quality Systems Specialist.
• Identify improvements related to scrap, defects, throughput, and labor productivity.
• Coach leaders on structured problem solving and daily improvements.
• Prepare leadership updates on CI progress, savings, risks, and opportunities.
• Serve as a customer-facing contact for quality concerns and actions.
