Lead Process Specialist
Pleasant Prairie, WI
The Lead Process Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing organizational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. This role involves analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices across departments. The Lead Process Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive process changes, monitors performance metrics, and ensures compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with process mapping and analytics tools.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Analyze current workflows and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Develop and document standardized procedures and best practices.
- Train and mentor team members on new processes and tools.
- Monitor process performance using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and support for process changes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Report on progress and outcomes to senior management.
