Great Dane, a leading manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Project Leader / Project Manager to drive high-impact operational improvements across our manufacturing network. You will partner with operations, quality, engineering, and maintenance to improve throughput and cost.

The ideal candidate brings Lean manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, hands-on shop-floor leadership, strong data skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to sustained results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years leading projects in manufacturing/operations.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from charter through implementation and control.
• Develop project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Manage multiple projects aligning with business priorities and dashboards.
