Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Training in statistics and data analysis required.
• Up to two (2) years of previous related work experience required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost-out initiatives and productivity improvements.
• Communicate operation goals, programs, and processes to associates.
• Complete productivity projects involving process, tool, and part redesign.
• Identify and assess cost-out opportunities with production leaders.
• Lead Kaizen events and drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional project teams.
• Ensure on-time execution of Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Institutionalize quality with Manufacturing Engineers and Process Technicians.
